We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Typically, we begin fulfilling successfully completed transactions between 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of the online order.

Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.

California Exchanges/Returns
As a result of certain laws, customers from the State of California who are not satisfied with the non-physical products they have purchased may petition for full refunds within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. However, you must do the following:

   1) Submit a written request detailing the reasons why the product is being returned.
   2) Provide a signed document that the non-physical products have been properly removed from your computer or network.

Once Global Asset Protection Services, LLC (GAPS) has received your returned item(s), we will process your return within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of receiving the returned product. You will receive a credit confirmation via email. If you have requested an exchange, a new shipment confirmation will be sent to you. Shipping charges for return product(s) to GAPS are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you returned product(s) with a shipper that can provide tracking. GAPS cannot be held responsible for the returned products without a signature proof of delivery.
